Job Description

This role requires hands-on expertise in multi-country payroll processing. You will independently manage payroll operations for US, UK, and Australian clients, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery using industry-leading payroll platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for US, UK, and Australia.
  • Manage payroll calculations including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and payroll regulations across regions.
  • Handle payroll reconciliations, reports, audits, and year-end activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for payroll queries from internal teams and clients.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and system integration.

Payroll Systems & Tools (Hands-on Experience Required)

  • United States: ADP Workforce Now / Run, Paychex, Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll
  • United Kingdom: Sage Payroll, BrightPay, Xero Payroll
  • Australia: Xero Payroll, MYOB, KeyPay
