Payroll Specialist

KeyCMS Accounting is looking for a Payroll Specialist to assist our clients with accurate and punctual payroll processing. As a Payroll Specialist, you will perform vendor payments, record keeping, and compliance, and improve the efficiency of payroll functions, all while providing economically professional services to clients in a collaborative team setting.

Job Description

This role requires hands-on expertise in multi-country payroll processing. You will independently manage payroll operations for US, UK, and Australian clients, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery using industry-leading payroll platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end payroll processing for US, UK, and Australia.
Manage payroll calculations including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and payroll regulations across regions.
Handle payroll reconciliations, reports, audits, and year-end activities.
Act as a point of contact for payroll queries from internal teams and clients.
Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and system integration.

Payroll Systems & Tools (Hands-on Experience Required)

United States: ADP Workforce Now / Run, Paychex, Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll
United Kingdom: Sage Payroll, BrightPay, Xero Payroll
Australia: Xero Payroll, MYOB, KeyPay

Requirements

3–5 years of experience handling international payroll.
Strong working knowledge of US, UK, and Australian payroll legislation.
Comfortable working with multiple payroll systems and high-volume data.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
