Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Virtual Assistant to support a USA-based pool cleaning company. This role involves managing client communication, invoicing, payment follow-ups, CRM updates, and operational coordination. The selected candidate will act as a virtual representative of the company and ensure smooth execution of client and customer requirements while working in the USA shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client communication through calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Make service-related calls, follow-up calls, and payment reminder calls
  • Manage invoicing and coordinate accounts receivable follow-ups
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional email communication
  • Update and manage CRM systems and client portals accurately
  • Understand and execute client-specific operational requirements
  • Coordinate between clients and their end customers for service scheduling and completion
  • Ensure accurate documentation, records, and reporting
  • Represent the company professionally as a Virtual Assistant
